Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your designer roller shades purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at feedback@quolrixxzul.world or call +1 (403) 452-3999 to obtain a return authorization
2. Package the items securely in their original packaging
3. Ship the items to our return address as provided in the authorization
4. Wait for confirmation of receipt and processing

Custom Orders

Custom-made roller shades, including those made to specific measurements or with custom colors, are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please contact us to discuss any concerns with custom orders.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Defective items are not subject to the standard return timeframe.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss exchange options. Additional charges may apply for price differences.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or refund. Please retain all packaging materials for inspection if requested.
